What to include with your quilt
🧶 Batting is always provided by us. We use professional-grade batting on every order to ensure the best results on our longarm machine.
⚠️ Backing Requirements — Please Read Before Packing
Your backing must arrive ready to use — already sewn to the correct width and at least 4" larger than your quilt top on all sides. We do not piece backings.
❌ No Knit Fabric
❌ No Minky Fabric
❌ No Cuddle Fabric
These fabrics do not work safely on our longarm machine and orders with these materials cannot be processed.

Clearly mark the top of your quilt with a safety pin
Quilt top and backing are separate and free of pins or basting stitches
All loose threads have been trimmed
Quilt top is free from embellishments such as buttons, beads, or trims
Backing fabric measures at least 4" larger on all sides. Seams completed and pressed. No knit, minky, or cuddle fabrics.
Your order confirmation sheet (with order number, name & contact) is printed and included
Quilt top, backing, and paperwork are sealed inside a plastic bag within the shipping box to protect from moisture
Download and print the Machine Quilting Submission form and include it in your package
Our longarm quilting is performed by real people who take great pride in their craft. Occasionally minor variations occur — please use the notes field to communicate specific expectations.
